The management of Bougainvillea, The Bay Club Resort, has been owned and operated by the same family since 1992.
Bougainvillea is NOT part of a large chain or corporation.
Our residents are an extension of our family and we take great pride in knowing each and every one of our resident community.
The village is staffed 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our Village Manager, Resident Support Officer and Staff ensure that everything runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
The receptionist organises and coordinates activities. Our staff includes a chef, kitchen hand, maintenance, cleaners and personal care assistants. The attitude that we encourage in our staff is a “person Friday” outlook, where together everyone gets involved to make the village wheels turn smoothly.
There is always someone to help when anyone needs a helping hand.
The Village Manager is available during business hours Monday to Friday and over the weekend there are senior staff on duty.
As well as taking care of many of the normal administration tasks involved in running the village, the Village Manager’s main responsibility is to ensure the facilities and services offered in the village meet the residents expectations. This includes overseeing all staff and contractors, including gardeners and cleaners, to ensure Bougainvillea, its facilities and buildings are well maintained.
Bougainvillea has an onsite seven day a week sales office, where you will find our sales team, as well as our accounts manager, both of whom are very approachable.
The village is Strata Titled and as such there is also the involvement of our village Strata Manager.
