Mel opened her doors, literally a few doors down from Bougainvillea’s main entrance in 2018. Her extraordinary arrangements, bubbly personality and great understanding of just what her customers require is irreplaceable. She is a flower-loving superstar who creates each bouquet just for you!
Mel is an award-winning florist with over 25 years’ experience in the floral industry. She started her career in 1998 at Pennant Hills Flowers while completing a Floristry Certificate at Ultimo TAFE.
Since then, she has gained extensive experience as a florist and also a flower buyer for Harris Farms Markets. Mel has provided her original, captivating ideas for weddings, corporate work, celebrations, formals and major events.
Markets are the best part of Mel’s day. She loves the array of colours and textures all in the one place. It’s a flower overload!
Creating daily designs using the most beautiful seasonal flowers available Mel has brought a smile on the faces of many, many residents, family, friends and staff.
She and her creative team kindly deliver to the village at no cost, Bougainvillea is incredibly lucky to have The Posy Place in such close proximity.
